Yes. Protocols are individualized. Some patients do better with more frequent, smaller doses. Others prefer less frequent administration. Your physician will work with you to find what optimizes your levels and minimizes side effects.

Only when medically necessary. Many TRT clinics automatically include AIs as an upsell. We don’t. If your estradiol levels require management, your physician may prescribe anastrozole, but it’s based on your individual labs and response, not a default protocol. We do try to adjust protocols first to not use an AI when possible.

Traditional testosterone can suppress natural production and impact fertility. For men concerned about fertility, your physician may recommend enclomiphene instead of or alongside testosterone.
